Modern without modern skills is not done.

Your career will grow in next 10 years and next 10 years belong to these 3 skills:

✅ LinkedIn - Digital CV as students in IIMs call it but it’s far more than that, because if your LinkedIn profile and Engagement is good maybe you won’t need any form of CV to get an interview.

✅ Email writing - Assumptions are not always right and if you think that you know how to write a perfect email, that’s a wrong assumption. It’s the spinal cord of every organisation.

✅ Network framework - You need Referrals and they will happen only through networking. I’m not gonna just teach you networking, I’m gonna make you do it.

I loved when Smriti gave such a good feedback but I feel sad because even after knowing that students ignore what they don’t have, proper practical knowledge, what should be the most important to them is Networking Skills.

I don’t know whether I should say be like Smriti or don’t be like her. It’s your choice, I will see you in the classes either today or after 1-2 years.
